Copyright and Ownership

  • Uploaded content remains the intellectual property of the studio or the client.
  • M7 Memories is not responsible for copyrighted material uploaded without proper consent.
  • Clients receive the right to access and use files within the scope of their subscription plan.

Ordering and Subscription Process

  • Clients must select a subscription plan based on file storage size and pay the required amount to access the client dashboard.
  • Studios are responsible for ensuring the event files uploaded to the dashboard are appropriate and comply with our content guidelines.
  • M7 Memories reserves the right to terminate access to services if misuse or violations occur.

Delivery and Revisions

  • Clients have access to their files in the client dashboard upon successful subscription activation.
  • Studios can update or re-upload files as agreed upon with their clients.

Payments and Refunds

  • Subscription fees must be paid in advance to activate services.
  • Due to the nature of cloud storage services, refunds are not offered once the subscription is active.
