At M7 Memories, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our cloud storage services. Please review our refund policy below:

Subscription Fees

  • All subscription fees (Basic, Standard, Premium) must be paid in advance to activate services.
  • Due to the nature of digital and cloud-based services, refunds are not available once the subscription is active.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if:

  • Services were not provided as promised due to technical errors directly caused by M7 Memories.
  • The client was charged incorrectly due to billing errors.

If applicable, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after verification.

Service Cancellation

Clients may cancel their subscriptions at any time, but refunds will not be issued for unused portions of the subscription period.
